As a financial corporation, bringing over a domestic vibe can be challenging. Surprising your customers with a relationship present is one, but what if this present could benefit for a domestic feeling as well.
We’ve all experienced coming home after a long day, tossing keys and loose change onto the nearest surface. How often does that change disappear into pockets, couch cushions, or car seats? While saving coins might seem like a childhood habit, their value remains the same, so why not save them?
The Spaarhuisje is here for just that purpose, keeping your change and keys organized. It also doubles as a charming decorative piece, bringing a touch of warmth to the financial routine of saving.

First prize 'Corporate Identity' contest by Rabobank
The roof colors, inspired by Rabobank’s signature identity, offer a subtle nod to the gift’s origin without overpowering the space with excessive branding. The roofs, acting as lids to the piggy bank, are designed to be interchangeable, allowing for easy production of specific colors in bulk when requested.
The design was made for a corporate identity design contest held by Rabobank de Meijerij. Spaarhuisje won first prize, which includes a magazine feature and purchase of the product. The blue Spaarhuisje was added to the gallery of the waiting room of the local establishment.
